KTP is a three-way collaboration to empower innovation. A business, an academic institution, and a graduate to Employer innovation, improve business productivity and drive competitiveness. The academic institute recruits a graduate who is employed by the University but works at the company for the duration of the project. The graduate is called a KTP associate.

Unibrak Ltd trading as AV Uni-brak (AVUB) has been providing ventilation solutions for over 20 years and is one of the UK’s largest independent ventilation companies offering a full nationwide service to commercial, new build and domestic customers. Key Services include: Consultancy & Design, Installation & Project Management, Commissioning & Handover and Service & Maintenance. Bolton is the head office but the AVUB have independent bases in the North, West Midlands, and the South.
